Tasting Notes: Notes of Agua de Jamaica, crushed Bing cherry and wild strawberry grace the beautiful nose of this delicate wine; the palate picks up notes of raspberry sorbet, jasmine, prickly pear and white chocolate.
Pairing Suggestions: Almost anything, but especially sunshine! Specifically, caprese salad with burrata, fried goat cheese salad with strawberries, seafood of all sorts, including but not limited to: lobster or crab rolls, ceviche, and paella.
