This is a balanced and approachable blend, based in Italian varieties which we selected from a few vineyards throughout the Central Coast and Ventura County. Our Red Table blend is made as an every-day drinking wine in the Italian tradition that is lively and ﬂavorful, has fresh acidity, and a good structure.
Tasting Notes: Lively aromatics of raspberry, marionberry, black pepper, and jam. On the palate, flavors of blackberry, red fruits and savory spices with a silky finish.
Pairing Suggestions: It could be paired with a plethora of dishes or be served standalone. Some of our favorites include bucatini with lamb meatballs, grilled T-bone steaks, Pecorino Romano, or your favorite pizza delivery.
